Thank you for shopping with TheInkLayer.

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival

  • You received a different size/design than what you ordered

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Customized / personalized items (unless defective)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Any request raised after the return window

3. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for apparel if the size received does not fit, provided:

  • The product is unused

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in these cases:

  • Product is out of stock for exchange

  • You received a defective/damaged item

  • Incorrect item delivered

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method or UPI/Bank Transfer

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

Shipping charges are not refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
