1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival
You received a different size/design than what you ordered
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
All original tags and packaging must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been worn, washed, or used
Customized / personalized items (unless defective)
Items without original packaging
Any request raised after the return window
3. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for apparel if the size received does not fit, provided:
The product is unused
You notify us within 7 days of delivery
Exchange shipping charges may apply
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in these cases:
Product is out of stock for exchange
You received a defective/damaged item
Incorrect item delivered
Refund Method:
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method or UPI/Bank Transfer
Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
